04 NIGHTS & 05 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HANOI – STREET FOOD STROLL

Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, dive straight into Vietnamese street cuisine with a guided walking food tour through the Old Quarter. Sample local favorites like pho, bun cha, egg coffee, and more while learning about their cultural significance.

DAY 2: HANOI – COOKING CLASS & CULTURAL FLAVORS

Begin your day with a visit to a local market to shop for ingredients. Then, take part in a hands-on cooking class led by a Vietnamese chef, preparing and tasting your own traditional dishes. In the afternoon, explore Hanoi’s key cultural sites like the Temple of Literature and Hoan Kiem Lake

DAY 3: FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY – LOCAL BITES & CITY TOUR

Fly south to Ho Chi Minh City and check in to your hotel. After lunch, enjoy a guided city tour visiting the Reunification Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and Ben Thanh Market. In the evening, take a Vespa street food tour to explore Saigon’s vibrant night food scene.

DAY 4: MEKONG DELTA – TASTE OF THE COUNTRYSIDE

Take a full-day trip to the Mekong Delta. Cruise the river, visit local farms, taste tropical fruits, coconut candy, and sip fresh honey tea. Enjoy a home-cooked lunch featuring delta delicacies, and learn about rural cooking methods and ingredients.
