Cancellation and Refund policy

We acknowledge that sometimes your plan will change, and we aim to provide you with a clear and transparent cancellation policy to ensure a smooth booking experience. We've outlined our cancellation process to help you navigate any changes to your trip plan. Please read the cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Requests for cancellations must be addressed to our customer support team by email or phone.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation and the type of booking.
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
  • 30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 07 days to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour costs.
  • 2 to 6 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up, there will be no refund.
  • The cancellation charges may vary for different tours, packages, and services. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions mentioned while booking.


Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used for the booking.
  • Refunds are subject to any cancellation fees or penalties outlined in the cancellation policy above.
  • Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of a tour or service, whether due to an early departure or for any other reason.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be provided within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Since processing periods can differ based on the bank you used, please allow extra time for the returned amount to show up in your account.

Modification or Rescheduling:

  • Modifications or rescheduling requests may be accommodated, subject to availability and any applicable fees or fare differences.
  • Requests for modifications or rescheduling should be made at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date. Mode of Payment: Our user-friendly website allows you to make an overseas advance payment by transferring funds to our bank via online banking, MasterCard/Visa debit, or credit card. Foreign nationals can make payments through cash notes, traveler checks, or a Master or Visa American Express credit card. Please be aware that any applicable bank charges will be added to the total and paid simultaneously if you choose to pay with a credit card.
Force Majeure:
  • JGT reserves the right to change or cancel reservations without prior notice in the case of unanticipated events beyond our control (such as disasters or government restrictions).
  • Those who were affected in these situations will receive full refunds.
