05 NIGHTS & 06 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN MEDAN – TRANSFER TO BUKIT LAWANG

Arrive in Medan, the capital of North Sumatra, and transfer to Bukit Lawang, the gateway to Gunung Leuser National Park. Enjoy the scenic 4-hour drive through palm oil plantations, rubber estates, and villages. Upon arrival, check into your jungle lodge and relax by the river.

DAY 2: ORANGUTAN TREKKING & JUNGLE ADVENTURE

Start your morning with a guided jungle trek in Gunung Leuser National Park, home to the critically endangered Sumatran orangutans. Spot gibbons, Thomas leaf monkeys, hornbills, and other exotic wildlife. Enjoy a river tubing experience down the Bohorok River, surrounded by dense rainforest.

DAY 3: SIPISO-PISO WATERFALL & LAKE TOBA TRANSFER

Depart Bukit Lawang and head toward Lake Toba, with a stop at the stunning Sipiso-Piso Waterfall, one of Indonesia’s tallest waterfalls. Marvel at the cascading water from 120 meters above before continuing to Parapat, a lakeside town. Take a ferry to Samosir Island, a serene retreat in the middle of Lake Toba.

DAY 4: SAMOSIR ISLAND – BATAK CULTURE & HISTORY

Explore the rich heritage of the Batak people with visits to traditional villages. Witness Sigale-gale, the famous dancing wooden puppet, and explore Ambarita Village, where ancient stone chairs and execution sites tell stories of the past. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of Lake Toba and relax by the water

DAY 5: HOT SPRINGS & SCENIC VIEWS

Visit Pangururan Hot Springs, where you can soak in warm, mineral-rich waters with panoramic lake views. Continue to Tele Hill, offering one of the best viewpoints of Lake Toba. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the island’s scenic landscapes.

DAY 6: RETURN TO MEDAN & DEPARTURE

After breakfast, take a ferry back to Parapat, then drive to Medan. If time permits, stop by Maimun Palace and the Great Mosque of Medan for a glimpse of the city's history before heading to the airport for your departure.
