06 NIGHTS & 07 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVE PARO – GOLDEN HOUR PHOTOGRAPHY

Arrive at Paro International Airport, meet your guide, and settle in. In the evening, head to a scenic viewpoint to capture golden hour shots of Paro Dzong and the valley below.

DAY 2: HIKE TO TIGER’S NEST – LANDSCAPE SHOOTING

Early start for the hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest). Ideal lighting in the morning for capturing the cliffside structure. Focus on nature, architectural framing, and candid moments.

DAY 3: PARO TO THIMPHU – STREET & MONASTERY PHOTOGRAPHY

Drive to Thimphu. En route, stop for panoramic valley shots. In Thimphu, photograph Buddha Dordenma, Tashichho Dzong, and the lively weekend market. Candid shots of monks and locals included.

DAY 4: DOCUMENTARY SHOOTING IN THIMPHU

Spend the day capturing traditional arts at the Institute for Zorig Chusum, local paper-making factories, and the Folk Heritage Museum. Meet artisans and shoot portraits in natural light.

DAY 5: THIMPHU TO PUNAKHA – NATURE & ARCHITECTURE

Depart for Punakha via Dochula Pass. Shoot the 108 chortens with the Himalayan backdrop. In Punakha, capture the stunning architecture of Punakha Dzong by the riverside.

DAY 6: PUNAKHA TO PARO – FARM & LIFESTYLE SHOOT

Return to Paro with a stop at a traditional village. Engage in lifestyle photography — farmers at work, children playing, and locals in traditional attire. Evening shoot by the river in Paro.

DAY 7: DEPARTURE FROM PARO

Depending on flight timing, do a final sunrise shoot. Transfer to the airport for departure.
