06 NIGHTS & 07 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HANOI – WELCOME TO VIETNAM

Arrive in Hanoi and check in to your hotel. Spend your day exploring the capital at your own pace or relax after your journey. Optional evening street food tour or water puppet show.

DAY 2: HANOI TO HA GIANG – GATEWAY TO THE NORTH

Depart early for a scenic drive to Ha Giang (approx. 7 hours). En route, enjoy beautiful countryside views and stop for a local lunch. Arrive in Ha Giang City, check in to your homestay or lodge, and get briefed for the loop adventure.

DAY 3: HA GIANG TO DONG VAN – MA PI LENG PASS MAJESTY

Begin the loop with dramatic mountain roads toward Dong Van. Ride through the Heaven’s Gate Pass and visit Quan Ba Twin Mountains. Reach Ma Pi Leng Pass – known for its epic canyon views – before arriving at the charming Dong Van town. Overnight stay in a traditional guesthouse.

DAY 4: DONG VAN TO MEO VAC – LOCAL MARKETS & HERITAGE

Explore Dong Van’s historic old quarter and visit a local ethnic market if your trip aligns. Then continue to Meo Vac, crossing deep valleys and ridges. Visit ethnic villages and interact with local communities like the Hmong and Tay people.

DAY 5: MEO VAC TO DU GIA – VILLAGE LIFE & GREEN LANDSCAPES

Travel from Meo Vac to the peaceful village of Du Gia, a lesser-known gem with lush rice fields and calm surroundings. Stop at waterfalls, rice terraces, and enjoy a slower pace of life. Overnight in a homestay, enjoying a homemade dinner with a local family.

DAY 6: DU GIA TO HA GIANG – FINAL STRETCH OF THE LOOP

Complete the final stretch of the Ha Giang Loop with more scenic stops and breathtaking passes. Return to Ha Giang City in the afternoon and rest for the night.

DAY 7: RETURN TO HANOI – DEPARTURE OR CONTINUATION

After breakfast, drive back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, either transfer to the airport for your flight or continue your Vietnam journey.
