04 NIGHTS & 05 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LEH

Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you will be greeted by a representative from The Journey Guru and transferred to your hotel. The day is free for acclimatization and rest due to the high-altitude environment. You can take a stroll around Leh Market or relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this beautiful town. Rest well for the exciting tour ahead.

DAY 2: LEH CITY SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, head out for a guided sightseeing tour of Leh. Visit the Leh Palace, a historical royal palace with panoramic views of Leh and its surroundings. Next, visit the Shanti Stupa, a stunning monument offering a 360-degree view of the Leh valley. Continue to the Thiksey Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery that provides a perfect opportunity for capturing stunning photographs. Finally, explore the Hemis Monastery, one of Ladakh's largest and most famous monasteries. Return to your hotel in the evening and relax.

DAY 3: LEH TO KARGIL

Post breakfast, drive towards Kargil, which is approximately 6-7 hours away from Leh. En route, stop at Mulbekh Monastery to admire its beautiful surroundings and rock carvings. Continue to Kargil and check-in at your hotel. After resting, visit the Kargil War Memorial, an important site commemorating the soldiers who fought in the Kargil War. The memorial offers both historical significance and spectacular views of the valley. You can explore the memorial and learn more about the war heroes. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 4: KARGIL WAR MEMORIAL & SURU VALLEY

In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Kargil War Memorial again for a deeper insight into the war and its impact on the region. Afterward, proceed to Suru Valley, known for its lush landscapes, rivers, and dramatic mountainous backdrop. Suru Valley is a great place to photograph Ladakh’s natural beauty and rural life. Capture the scenic views of the surrounding peaks and rivers. Spend some time here before heading back to Kargil for the night

DAY 5: RETURN TO LEH

After breakfast, drive back to Leh. En route, stop at Lamayuru Monastery, one of the oldest and most scenic monasteries in Ladakh, located amidst stunning landscapes. Continue your drive back to Leh. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Leh Airport for your onward journey.
