06 NIGHTS & 07 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LEH

Upon arrival in Leh, you will be greeted by a representative from "The Journey Guru" and transferred to your hotel. The day is free to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh. You may take a short walk around Leh Market in the evening, capturing the picturesque streets and surroundings. Rest well for the upcoming photography adventure.

DAY 2: LEH CITY PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR

After breakfast, head out to explore the capital city of Ladakh with your camera. Visit the Leh Palace, where you can capture stunning views of the city and surrounding mountain landscapes. Then, explore the Shanti Stupa, which offers a panoramic view of Leh and its picturesque surroundings. Continue to the Thiksey Monastery, a place where you can photograph the impressive architecture against the backdrop of the Himalayas. In the evening, explore the bustling Leh Market and capture the local life and vibrant colors of the market.

DAY 3: NUBRA VALLEY PHOTOGRAPHY

Drive to Nubra Valley via the famous Khardung La Pass. Capture the rugged landscapes, high mountain peaks, and valleys along the way. Once in Nubra, visit Diskit Monastery, perched on a hill with breathtaking views of the valley. Photograph the unique double-humped Bactrian camels at Hunder Sand Dunes against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains and desert-like landscapes. Capture the essence of Nubra’s beauty in its remote setting.

DAY 4: PANGONG LAKE PHOTOGRAPHY

Early morning, depart for Pangong Lake. The scenic drive through mountain passes and valleys offers plenty of opportunities for capturing Ladakh's dramatic landscapes. On arrival, spend time photographing the ever-changing hues of the lake as it contrasts with the barren mountains around it. Take a walk along the shore and capture the serene beauty of this high-altitude lake. Enjoy photographing the picturesque views at sunrise and sunset. Spend the night at a camp or guesthouse near the lake.

DAY 5: TSO MORIRI LAKE

Today, drive to Tso Moriri Lake, another stunning and lesser-visited destination. Capture the vibrant blue waters of the lake surrounded by rugged mountains and pristine nature. Explore the surrounding landscape for photography opportunities and capture the untouched beauty of the region. Visit nearby Korzok Monastery to photograph traditional Ladakhi culture. The peaceful atmosphere here provides an excellent backdrop for nature and landscape photography.

DAY 6: PHOTOGRAPHY EXPEDITION IN LEH REGION

Return to Leh, where you will have the chance to visit any missed attractions or engage in a photography expedition around the city. Explore the Hemis Monastery, Magnetic Hill, and Sankar Monastery for their captivating views and tranquil surroundings. Photograph the unique Tibetan architecture, vibrant prayer flags, and charming village life. You can also capture the stunning Ladakhi culture and traditions, including local festivals (if timed right).

DAY 7: DEPARTURE FROM LEH

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your return flight. Bid farewell to Ladakh with an album full of memories captured through your lens
