Day wise Itinerary

06 NIGHTS & 07 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LUKLA – TREK TO PHAKDING

Take a scenic mountain flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m). Begin your trek with a gentle walk through pine forests and Sherpa villages to reach Phakding (2,610m). Overnight in a teahouse.

DAY 2: TREK TO NAMCHE BAZAAR – ENTER SHERPA LAND

Cross suspension bridges and follow the Dudh Koshi River as you ascend to Namche Bazaar (3,440m), the vibrant heart of the Khumbu region. Catch your first glimpse of Everest on the way.

DAY 3: ACCLIMATIZATION IN NAMCHE – HIKE TO EVEREST VIEW HOTEL

Spend the day acclimatizing with a short hike to the Everest View Hotel (3,880m) and visit the local museum. Enjoy panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Return to Namche for rest.

DAY 4: TREK TO TENGBOCHE – MONASTERY IN THE CLOUDS

Continue your journey through rhododendron forests to reach Tengboche (3,860m), home to the region’s most important Buddhist monastery. Soak in the serene atmosphere with a backdrop of towering peaks.

DAY 5: TREK TO DINGBOCHE – HIMALAYAN BEAUTY

Trek through alpine landscapes and charming villages to reach Dingboche (4,410m), a scenic stop for rest and acclimatization. Enjoy views of Island Peak and the Imja Valley.

DAY 6: TREK TO EVEREST BASE CAMP – THE BIG MOMENT

Pass through Lobuche and Gorakshep before reaching Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Celebrate your achievement surrounded by icefalls, prayer flags, and a sense of awe. Return to Gorakshep for the night.

DAY 7: KALA PATTHAR & RETURN TO LUKLA

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) for stunning sunrise views of Everest. Descend to Gorakshep and fly back to Lukla by helicopter. Option to fly onward to Kathmandu on the same day.
