DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BAKU – WELCOME TO THE LAND OF FIRE

Arrive in Baku, Azerbaijan’s dynamic capital. Meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a relaxed evening walk along the Caspian Sea Boulevard and admire the illuminated Flame Towers.

DAY 2: BAKU OLD CITY TOUR – HISTORY & HERITAGE

Explore Icherisheher (Old City), including the Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah’s Palace, and traditional caravanserais. Discover the local art of carpet weaving and taste Azerbaijani tea at a local teahouse.

DAY 3: GOBUSTAN & ABSHERON – MUD VOLCANOES & FIRE TEMPLES

Travel to Gobustan to see ancient petroglyphs and visit the nearby mud volcanoes. In the afternoon, explore the Absheron Peninsula, including Ateshgah Fire Temple and the eternal flames of Yanar Dag.

DAY 4: SHAMAKHI & LAHIJ – MOUNTAINS AND ARTISANSG

Drive through the Caucasus Mountains to Shamakhi, once the capital of the Shirvan Empire. Visit the Juma Mosque and continue to Lahij, a mountain village known for copper craftsmanship and cobbled alleys.
Overnight in Gabala.

DAY 5: GABALA EXCURSION – NATURE AND ADVENTURE

Explore Gabala’s natural beauty: visit Nohur Lake, ride the Tufandag cable car, and enjoy a visit to the Gabala Shooting Club or amusement park.

DAY 6: SHEKI DAY TOUR – ROYAL HERITAGE AND LOCAL SWEETS

Visit Sheki’s grand Khan’s Palace with stunning stained glass. Explore the local bazaar and sample the region’s famous halva. Return to Baku in the evening.

DAY 7: DEPARTURE FROM BAKU

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
