06 NIGHTS & 07 DAYS

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN PARO – TRANSFER TO THIMPHU

Arrive at Paro International Airport and meet your guide. Travel to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital, nestled in a highland valley. Visit the Traditional Arts School and the Centenary Farmers Market to get a glimpse of Bhutanese life.

DAY 2: THIMPHU HERITAGE EXPLORATION

Discover the historical and spiritual landmarks of Thimphu, including the National Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, Folk Heritage Museum, and Changangkha Lhakhang. In the evening, walk through the charming old town lanes.

DAY 3: THIMPHU TO PUNAKHA – ROYAL PASSAGE

Drive through the scenic Dochula Pass, known for its 108 memorial stupas. En route, stop at Druk Wangyal Lhakhang. In Punakha, visit the majestic Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of Fertility.

DAY 4: PUNAKHA TO PHOBJIKHA VALLEY – VILLAGE LIFE & MONASTIC CULTURE

Head to the serene Phobjikha Valley, one of Bhutan’s most pristine glacial valleys. Explore Gangtey Monastery and take a heritage walk through traditional villages, visiting local homes and learning about rural customs

DAY 5: PHOBJIKHA TO PARO – BACK TO THE ROOTS

Return to Paro and explore its cultural riches. Visit Rinpung Dzong, the National Museum housed in Ta Dzong, and the ancient Kyichu Lhakhang — one of Bhutan’s oldest temples, built in the 7th century.

DAY 6: TREK TO TAKTSANG – THE TIGER’S NEST

Hike to Taktsang Monastery, Bhutan’s most revered spiritual landmark perched on a cliffside. Take your time to absorb its serene atmosphere. Enjoy a farewell cultural evening or dinner hosted in a traditional farmhouse.

DAY 7: DEPARTURE FROM PARO

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure. Leave with a heart full of Bhutanese stories and soulful memories.
